Estate Management Practices
Estate Management is a portfolio to safeguard and acquire assets in terms of land and buildings being offered by our well-wishers with/without specific expression of their desires.
Examples of "With":
Expectation to start and run Veda Patashalas in their donated premise, Conducting a specific pooja or event out of the proceeds earned from the asset value acquiring the property by our Trust post their lifetimes, etc.
- The estate management team is expected to keep the donor informed at periodic intervals with factual information of how their assets are being put to use by us. The estate management team is legally empowered by the Board of Trustees to empanel the assets so handed over to our well-wishers/donors by following a legally approved acquisition process onto the Trust name.
- Same way, this team is legally empowered to disburse off the property after due resolutions passed by the Board and deposit the proceeds to our authentic Trust account and formally intimate the donors on their heir apparent.
- To maintain the assets so handed over in a good condition through proper deployment of resources and spending
- Facilitate donors’ visits to these offered properties as and when intended by them.
- Display the donors' name and the cost for which they have been donated at the site till the time the donor wishes so
- Communicate the net worth of the assets so acquired through proper appraised methods to the Trust’s finance team for them to keep track of the net worth in the Trust’s book of accounts every year.
Examples of "Without":
Offerer having full faith in us to register their assets onto our Trust and use the same either on an as is basis or to use the proceeds generated out of the assets as we may deem fit
