LAKSHYA - A Unique practice of SCVG towards collective visioning:
- Held during Q4 every year
- Involving all our senior employees seeking their plans for the next 3 years as a long term strategy and 1 year as a short term plan
- Prevailing dynamics taken into account during the planning process
- Resource requirements of each wing gathered
- Review of current year vis a vis., plan made during the last Lakshya conducted
- Investments/Financial provisions to be set aside for executing the Lakshya outcome are firmed up
- Collective/collaborative visioning/ownership is the core theme behind this exercise
- Strategies are drawn up in the core committee to fulfill the outcomes of this exercise
ANNUAL DAY - The day to recall the year that passed by:
- Day of celebrating the key achievements/milestones over the year Veda Swasthi and Deepa Jwalanam along with Swagatha Pathrika recital (Welcoming the guests)
- Inviting key stakeholders like parents, well-wishers and our alumni for their participation
- Progress of all students discussed at individual wing level along with respective parents and progress reports shared to them
- Counselling to a few, warranting improvements, does happen
- Rewards and awards for best performance announced and medals handed over
- Top performers from each wing are called to stage and recognized in the presence of august gathering
- Have the practice of inviting 1 Vedic scholar, 1 Management expert and 1 large donor to be the Guests of Honor for the event
- Journey of the Institution – Past, Present and Future – presented by the Founder
- Keynote addresses by the Special Guests
- Cultural programmes like skits, dramas, debates etc., in different languages performed by our Vidyarthis

ANNUAL DONORS MEET — A Gathering of Gratitude and Grace
- The *Annual Donors Meet* at SCVG VSMV is an occasion of deep gratitude — a sacred gathering where devotion meets generosity, and where every contribution is honoured as a form of *Seva* (selfless service). It is a day to celebrate those who keep the lamp of learning burning bright.
- The event begins with an auspicious *Pooja* invoking divine blessings, followed by *Veda Pārāyaṇam* (chanting of select Vedic hymns) by the *Vidyārthīs*.
- Student presentations — including short skits, debates, and recitations — showcase the values and knowledge nurtured through donor support.
- The Founder delivers a soulful address, expressing gratitude and sharing reflections on the *Gurukulam’s* journey.
- The Principal presents updates on academic and spiritual development within the institution.
- The Chief Guest offers words of inspiration, reinforcing the shared mission of preserving and propagating Vedic learning.
- Donors share their personal journeys and emotional connection with SCVG VSMV, making the evening deeply human and heartfelt.
- A presentation by the Founder outlines *Future Plans* and upcoming initiatives that seek to further the mission of the *Pāṭhaśāla*.
- Distinguished donors are felicitated in recognition of their continued faith and contributions.
- The evening concludes with the *Anugraha Bhāṣaṇam* (blessing discourse) by *Kanchi Periyava*, filling every heart with divine grace and renewed purpose.
