Sri Chathurveda Vidhya Ganapathi Trust (Regd.) was founded in 2012 by our visionary founder Sri R. Kamakoti. This public charitable trust has two objectives Veda Rakshanam and Gau Samrakshanam.
As a part of the Gau Samakshanam initiative, the Sri Krishna Gausthan was created. Today this gaushala houses more than 100 gaumatas – all desi breeds.
Under the ambit of Veda Rakshanam, the Sri Chathurveda Vidhya Ganapathi Veda Shastra Maha Vidyasthan (SCVG-VSMV) was formed in 2012 with the primary aim of imparting the sacred knowledge of the Vedas to eligible children. This crown jewel is a source of pride and inspiration to everyone associated with it (including stakeholders and staff). There are about 300 vidhyarthis who are being taught 4 Vedas and 6 Shakas.
Under the visionary leadership of our Founder & Managing Trustee, Sri R. Kamakoti, SCVG–VSMV has blossomed into one of the largest and most esteemed Veda Patasalas in the nation. While imparting Vedic education to deserving children remains our foremost mission, we recognized that this alone would not be sufficient. To truly empower our vidhyarthis, it is essential to nurture their potential, groom their character, and equip them with the knowledge and skills required to thrive in the modern world.
With this purpose, we established an Academic Wing within our Patashala—an initiative designed to provide our vidhyarthis with the same academic foundation as their peers in mainstream schools, ensuring they remain well-prepared to meet the challenges of contemporary life while staying rooted in our timeless tradition.
Purpose of the Academic Department
To complement Vedic excellence with modern academics, the Academic Department was started in 2019. It ensures our vidhyarthis are well-rounded, confident, and on par with mainstream students. In 2024, it was named the ‘Jaya Maruti Academic Wing’, marking a milestone in our 12-year journey of holistic education.

A Few Words from the Academic Wing Lead
In the academic year 2021–22, we embarked on a bold and ambitious journey, beginning with just two subjects and two dedicated teachers. Although we faced uncertainties and numerous questions at the outset, our determination was unwavering. With only 20–30% of our focus allocated to academics, our vision remained clear: to ensure that our vidhyarthis, despite any interruptions in their academic journey, would stand on par with their peers in conventional schools.
Together, we have achieved something remarkable. We have not only met but exceeded our expectations—ensuring our vidhyarthis are not merely keeping pace, but truly excelling in their academic pursuits. This strong foundation now inspires us to aim higher, set greater goals, and continue our journey toward excellence.
